Robinia pseudoacacia
The acacia range comes from natural acacia wood from European plantations. Only certified materials are used in the manufacturing process and a multi-stage quality control system ensures that all playground structures leaving our production line meet strict safety standards.
Our experienced carpenters passionately hand-finish and complete all wooden components, and each piece of equipment is individually constructed. This process is complemented by a modern 5D machining center for precise preparation of repeatable details. In this way, we produce components of the highest quality, fast order fulfillment and high productivity.
All products undergo multi-stage quality control. Our quality experts work in modern laboratories as well as in equipment and measuring devices to assess the quality of the material. The wood undergoes a multi-stage treatment. It is seasoned, carefully selected and then polished to provide the highest quality finished product. The beam ends are also cross-fastened with bolts in order to prevent the splitting effect caused by wood stress.
Quick and easy installation
Before shipment, all products are pre-assembled at our Canton to prevent clogging. We have developed a special connection system that includes proper cutting, specialized fastening and machined holes in critical areas. Thanks to Dreyer’s instructions and my individual marking of the components, installation is quick and easy without the need for knowledge of marking lists and tools.
Packaging and transportation
All elements are manufactured in such a way that they can be transported by road (bus or semi-trailer) or by sea or air. Proper packaging of the elements optimizes space and transportation costs, facilitates unloading and eliminates the need for cranes or specialized equipment.
